Data services company Epsilon hired Eric Stein last month as EVP of digital strategy. In the newly created position, Stein is working to improve Epsilon’s digital offerings to keep up with clients’ needs.
He joined the agency from Google, where he most recently directed two DoubleClick integration projects following its acquisition by the search giant.
The structure of his team has not yet been finalized. He reports to Bryan Kennedy, president and CEO of Epsilon.
“Whether solutions come through acquisition, partnership or internal development remains to be seen, but new solutions in evolving channels will be a critical area I’ll be working to develop,” Stein said.
Stein said he will try to leverage Epsilon’s history as a data-focused organization in his role.
“Data is one of the key assets for Epsilon for bridging the gap between online and offline,” he said.
