Acxiom and mobile marketing solutions provider Acuity Mobile have partnered with MGM Mirage to provide personalized mobile marketing messages to the hotel chain’s guests.
Guests at six MGM Mirage properties can opt in to mobile marketing programs that deliver personalized, targeted promotions to their mobile phones, said Acxiom.
The programs provide real-time offers, property information and entertainment promotions to guests’ handsets. Guests can opt-in to receive special offers, alerts, quizzes, contests and other benefits via their mobile device.
The six MGM Mirage resorts using the service are Mandalay Bay, New York-New York, Monte Carlo, The Mirage, Treasure Island and MGM Grand Detroit.
