Taylor Corporation, a provider of business and personal communications products, technologies and services, has acquired Interprise Software Systems International Inc., a developer of scalable software services for businesses.
As part of the acquisition, Interprise Software Systems International Inc. has been renamed Interprise Software Solutions Inc. It will operate under Taylor’s Services and Technology division. The company’s flagship product, Interprise Suite, is a customizable Smart Client-based application that provides businesses a view of their customers through enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, accounting, e-commerce and point-of-sale tools in an integrated application.
Interprise Software Solutions is headquartered in North Mankato, MN., with offices in Los Angeles and development centers in Cebu, Philippines, and Makati City, Philippines.
