Company: Hacker Group
Team size: ?200?
What’s new?: Focus on client growth through mobile advertising
Hacker Group hires individuals who are experts in a particular discipline instead of expecting its employees to be experts in strategizing across all channels. A focus on bottom-line metrics allows the company ?to “get to know” its clients’ businesses and determine what discipline would be the best fit, said Jill Kaufman, ?VP of account services. ?
Spyro Kourtis leads the company as its president and CEO. Six vice presidents, an interactive director and business development managers report directly to him. ?
Each VP has different client responsibilities. Kaufman oversees the account services team, media team and marketing department. Her counterpart, Matt Witter, handles ?the agency’s large account with AT&T. ?
Anthony Reeves handles creative for all Hacker Group clients, while Mary Hildie controls project management, all estimating costs and all vendor oversight. ?
VP Richard Summerhays is CFO, and in that role manages the agency’s accounting, as well as its IT and data services. Peter Schenk oversees the technical aspects of the agency’s digital work.
