DoubleClick, New York, is in settlement discussions with a number of states that are investigating the company’s profiling efforts. Connecticut, Michigan, New York and Vermont are attempting to reach a settlement regarding consumer privacy issues with the Internet advertising company, said Michigan Attorney General Jennifer Granhom.
