National Media Corp., the publicly traded infomercial marketing company, officially moved its headquarters to Encino, CA, from Philadelphia. The move is part of a consolidation of its corporate office and creative center, which had been based in California for several years.
It also follows the appointment of Stephen C. Lehman to the position of chairman and CEO. Lehman, former president of radio holding company Jacor Communications Inc., led the recent acquisition and bailout of the company, which has not posted a profit in a year and a half.
