NEW YORK — Marketing software provider Net Perceptions yesterday touted its new Retail Revelations marketing software and services at the National Retail Federation's 90th Annual Convention and Expo.
“We've created a powerful combination of retail solutions that cover critical merchandising and marketing performance issues,” said Steven Snyder, president/CEO of Net Perceptions. “Whether you want better insight into what products to advertise to generate the most traffic to your physical stores, recommendations for how to liquidate overstocks on the Web while protecting your margins, or simply want to increase promotional effectiveness and improve overall sales – Net Perceptions can help.”
The Retail Revelations suite is made up of “distinct solutions” geared for “turning insight into profitable action,” the company said. The four solutions are Advertising Advisor, E-commerce Analyst, Personalization Manager, and Call Centers.
Net Perceptions reported late last month that it would post a fourth-quarter loss that is wider than Wall Street expectations.
The company said it did not meet its “anticipated financial goals” with its restructuring.
Net Perceptions said it would report a loss of $9.5 million to $11 million, or 36 cents to 41 cents a share, excluding acquisition and other expenses.
Shares of the company's stock closed yesterday at $2.69, up 22 cents.
