ATLANTA — Co-op database Prefer Network introduced a new merchandising analysis tool at DMA•05 today. It produces 12-month, product-specific graphical representations of a client’s customers and prospects buying habits in over 600 product categories.
DecisionMate’s graphs compare customer spending on a month-by-month basis within a client’s catalog, the same customers’ product spending from the competition and the same customers’ same-product spending in other catalogs. The merchandising tool draws data from more than 97 million households and runs on Microsoft Excel.
