LAS VEGAS — Recognition Systems, Chicago, and Delano Technology Corp., Toronto, announced Monday at the 25th National Center for Database Marketing conference here a partnership that will result in the addition of Delano's high-volume, event-driven marketing online surveys and response management solution to Recognition Systems' Protagona campaign management software solution.
Recognition Systems will integrate the Delano e-Business Interaction Suite and Delano Customer Velocity with Protagona in a multiphased project designed to enhance the functionality of its marketing campaign management software. This will extend Protagona's capabilities to the Internet.
According to the companies, once the integration is complete, Recognition Systems will deliver a comprehensive product that enables marketing professionals to manage customer experiences across multiple touch points, but also allow them to engage in high-performance and high-volume, event-based, e-marketing initiatives with full support for bounce handling and redundancy, content management, personalized newsletters, online surveys and e-mail response management.
