Outsourced customer care provider Telespectrum Worldwide Inc., Philadelphia, yesterday said it sealed an agreement with US Interactive Inc. that will allow it to expand the e-commerce services it offers.
The company, which provides telephone, e-mail, live chat and other customer care functions, now will provide more access to business, technology and creative strategies for end-to-end solutions. US Interactive, Los Angeles, builds electronic enterprises using its e-Roadmap delivery platform and other tools.
