List provider 1 Touch Marketing (1TM) has entered into an agreement to acquire interactive marketing and advertising firm Paradise Coast Media. 1TM, which offers opt-in e-mail, SMS, postal and lead-generation marketing services, will be acquiring around 300 new clients in the move.
“1 Touch Marketing’s focus is to grow our customer base and continue to provide exceptional, results driven marketing services,” said Dan Lansman, SVP and co-founder of 1Touch Marketing, in a statement. “Paradise Coast Media shares our vision and a passion for customer satisfaction. Our joint resources will expand our ability to serve our customers and improve our product offering.”
The acquisition will increase 1TM’s technical functionality and program initiatives including more comprehensive tracking abilities for e-mail and SMS, as well as better list hygiene procedures for their combined databases.
At the end of June Paradise Coast Media will close its Delray Beach, FL, facility and move employees to 1TM’s office in Boca Raton, FL.
