As global CMO, Misty Locke provides an ambitious vision for the iProspect brand. With a clear, unbiased perspective, she guides the operational plan, closing the gap between iProspect’s existing presence and future potential.

Prior to iProspect, Locke cofounded Range Online Media in 2001, and as president, led the award-winning company through its acquisition in 2009 by Aegis (later acquired by Dentsu).

What has been your proudest career accomplishment to date?

My proudest moments are when I hear or see the success and influence of members on my team. I find tremendous joy in hearing years later from those who have advanced their careers, gone on to new leadership roles, or of how they’ve put key practices or leadership skills in place that have been influenced by our time together.

What’s the best piece of advice you can give to future 40 Under 40 honorees?

In all that you do and with everyone you work with, show grace, compassion, honesty, servant leadership, and always hire people smarter than you. There is nothing wrong with being driven, but there is a right way and a wrong way to advance. Separately, this motto keeps me focused: Honor God. Tell the truth. Make a profit.

What do you hope to accomplish in the next five years?

Put my family first and continue to challenge and reinvent myself.

What is one interesting fact about you that few people know?

My lifelong dream would be to run a home and school for children.
