Samsung has confirmed that the One UI 7 Beta 4 is in preparation for the Galaxy S24 series. The update is expected to roll out next week and aims to address the remaining glitches that emerged since the third Beta rollout in early January. The announcement was made on the Samsung US Community forum by a Beta Program staff member.

They outlined when participants can expect the update and the company’s ongoing efforts to perfect the software.

A new Beta (test build) for the Galaxy S24 series, listed as ZYB4, has appeared in the software database and is currently under testing. It is expected to reach the Beta participants by the end of February.

The update may address prominent issues such as a major display flaw causing the screen color to render yellow when Color optimization is enabled in Natural mode.

Samsung has also announced the release of some One UI 7 features to Samsung Galaxy Books.

The update, available through the Microsoft Store, integrates new functionalities that provide a seamless interaction between Samsung phones, tablets, and Galaxy Books. These features include the Nearby Devices app and Storage Share function, enhancing connectivity and ease of use across devices. Samsung has confirmed a stable One UI 7 release to refine and perfect the Galaxy S24 experience, but this will take more time.

The company aims to ensure all updates go through extensive testing to guarantee a smooth user experience. The Stable One UI 7 release was initially anticipated after the Galaxy S25 series unveiling, but further improvements are needed. S24 users can look forward to the Beta 4 update soon, as Samsung continues to refine its software for the best possible user experience.
