The Oriental Trading Company, a catalog and e-commerce seller of party and novelty products, has launched a microsite, MonsterMashUp.com. On it, customers can upload photos of themselves, friends or family; the faces are superimposed on cartoon classic monsters, like werewolves, mummies and vampires, which dance in a short animation to “Monster Mash.”
How did I find out about this, you ask? My father sent me a link to the animation he made of me, my three brothers, and his sister (my aunt). Apparently this is what he does at 10:30pm on a weeknight. No, I’m not posting a link.
