Pulte Homes taps Organic for marketing analytics

Pulte Homes, a homebuilder operating in 29 states, hired Organic for marketing analytics work earlier this month.

“[Organic has] developed an expertise in marketing modeling analytics that helps a company focus their marketing investments productively,” said Deborah Wahl Meyer, SVP and CMO of Pulte Homes, via e-mail.

Organic’s Detroit office, near Pulte’s Bloomfield Hills, MI headquarters, will manage the account. The agency will focus on digital marketing, said Jason Harper, group director of marketing intelligence at Organic. He declined to specify the size of the account.

“We’re going to help Pulte really understand how to leverage digital to measure the awareness and consideration impacts of its marketing campaigns,” he said. “We’re looking to use digital in some new ways for them.”

Meyer declined to comment on how Organic was chosen.

“We reviewed several different options and chose Organic, partly based on their track record in other industries,” she said in the e-mail.
