On-demand marketing software firm Juice Media Worldwide has entered into a partnership with teleservices firm VoiceStar to integrate Web-to-phone tools and services into Juice Media’s new CRM 2.0 platform.
Retailers using the VoiceStar platform can track which marketing advertisements lead to incoming calls. When an online search user or directory browser finds an ad for a business and calls a trackable toll-free number, a sales lead is directed to that business’s phone and revenue is applied to the advertisement that generated the call.
“This enables a marketer not only the ability to track how many calls a marketing campaign receives, but more importantly how many calls created revenue and who specifically purchased,” said Rick Enrico, president/CEO of Juice Media Worldwide LLC, San Diego.
The partnership will merge Call Tracking into Juice Media Worldwide’s JuiceMetrIQs CRM platform that aggregates data from multiple sources into one central dashboard combining sales, e-mail, direct mail and phone data.
“The gap we see in the market place is one central repository, integrating many data points, for online and offline marketing communication, information and tracking ROI,” Enrico added. “By tracking the success of phone data’s incoming calls from specific marketing campaigns coupled with the point-of-sale data, JuiceMetrIQs can track a campaign’s hard ROI all from one dashboard.”
