Habeas debuts new e-mail monitoring service

E-mail reputation services firm Habeas has debuted a new e-mail reputation monitoring program called Email Monitor.

The new product includes features such as e-mail delivery and reputation data and analysis as well as a tool for marketing, sales and customer service professionals to measure customer behavior in e-mail.

“Most of the industry is always looking to get better deliverability and this new product is just another way to help,” said J.F. Sullivan, vice president of marketing at Habeas. “We’ve identified the problem with deliverability and give you an action plan to follow up on this.”

Habeas now lets senders to analyze receiving networks and check their e-mail reputation against the SafeList with frequency and geographic information within a real-time map. The color-coded interface highlights active areas, and users can zoom in and out to view SafeList activity and details in every time zone.

SafeList customers receive alerts regarding problems with sending practices, e-mail infrastructures and identification and authentication configurations. Habeas also manages placement on ISP proprietary whitelists to improve sender reputations.

The Habeas Network is made up of five million receiving networks in more than 190 countries and has access to the largest e-mail reputation network in the world, senders on the Habeas SafeList.
