The special markets division of New York Life Insurance Co., New York, has selected May & Speh, Downers Grove, IL, as its strategic business partner to develop a direct marketing campaign and database management solution for its Tampa, FL-based AARP Operations, which underwrites, administers and sells life insurance through direct marketing to the 32 million members in AARP.
The two-year agreement will include data integration, enhancement processing, data warehousing and decision support to enhance New York Life's AARP customer relationship management process.
