Helzberg Diamonds, which has more than 270 stores nationwide, announced today that it has launched a new Web site, powered by MarketLive v5 Platform.
The site, at www.helzberg.com, utilizes advanced search, navigation, and mechanizing capabilities, enabling the diamond retailer to respond faster to market trends and provide better customer service.
“Helzberg Diamonds’ site is a great example of how the MarketLive E-Commerce Platform and sophisticated selling technologies can easily take a company to a new level of online presence and sales,” said Tiffany Riley, senior vice president of marketing for MarketLive, in a statement. MarketLive is a company that provides e-commerce retail technology and services for selling online.
The goal of the new site is to expose visitors to more targeted products and allow Helzberg Diamonds to provide more of its catalogue to customers. The Kansas City, MO-based store’s site also has a learning center with jewelry buying guides.
The Web site leverages the Endeca Connector Module, which was jointly developed by MarketLive and Endeca. The module incorporates keyword search, guided navigation, and dynamic merchandising.
