Alana Dolgin joins Atlantic Music Group

Alana Dolgin has been appointed as the President of Digital Marketing at Atlantic Music Group. She will oversee digital marketing across the company’s platforms. Dolgin will work out of Atlantic Music Group’s Los Angeles offices.

She will report to Chief Operating Officer Zach Friedman and General Manager Tony Talamo. Dolgin will continue to serve as President of Homemade Projects. It is a talent management, merchandise, touring, and digital marketing firm.

She has led the company since 2021. During her time at Homemade Projects, Dolgin has built an influencer marketing management company. It has high-profile clients such as Jake Shane, Anna Shumate, and Emma Brooks McAllister.

Atlantic Music Group said that there have already been big early wins under Dolgin’s leadership.

Alana enhances Atlantic’s digital prowess

They noted successful social campaigns for the ROSÉ and Bruno Mars duet and Don Toliver’s recent releases.

Dolgin started her career moving into digital marketing in 2018. She successfully led TikTok campaigns for notable artists like Cardi B and Saint JHN. Her direction led to over 4.5 billion plays on TikTok in a single month.

Later, she led influencer marketing at Flighthouse. After that, she established her own viral marketing agency. In 2021, she partnered with Homemade Projects.

“Over the years, I have witnessed Alana’s remarkable ability to drive results and inspire teams through innovative thinking and exceptional leadership,” said Zach Friedman, Chief Operating Officer at Atlantic Music Group. She is the best digital marketer in music and is already making an impact on artist campaigns across Atlantic Music Group.
