Apple today previewed Apple MixC Hefei, the first Apple Store in the city of Hefei and in China’s Anhui province. The store offers customers the chance to discover and purchase Apple’s lineup of products and services. “We are thrilled to open Apple MixC Hefei, our first store in the Anhui province, and build deeper connections with our customers in China,” said Deirdre O’Brien, Apple’s senior vice president of Retail and People.
Located near Swan Lake in a business and financial district, Apple MixC Hefei features a wide, curved glass storefront that blends the inside and outside. The store showcases sustainably and locally sourced materials, reflecting Apple’s commitment to design excellence and the environment. The new store offers both Genius Bar services and Apple Pickup, enabling customers to receive support and conveniently collect their online orders.
Apple MixC Hefei is home to over 80 team members ready to offer customers personalized service and support. Visitors can explore and purchase Apple’s latest products, including the iPhone 16 lineup, MacBook Pro with M4, and the Apple Watch Series 10.

Free Today at Apple sessions are also available for customers wishing to learn new skills in photography, videography, and more. Apple team members are ready to provide personalized shopping advice and support, including assistance with upgrading and trading in eligible devices, choosing monthly financing options, switching to iOS, and securely transferring data. Customers can also enjoy a curated online shopping experience paired with seamless collection through Apple Pickup or immediate delivery service.
Configure-to-order options are available for Mac customers who wish to customize their devices to their specifications, including the new 24-inch iMac, Mac mini, and MacBook Pro, all powered by the advanced M4 family of chips. In celebration of the upcoming Chinese New Year, customers can purchase special-edition AirPods 4 with Active Noise Cancellation engraved for the Year of the Snake. A special Chinese New Year workshop will be offered, teaching fresh ways to capture and relive memories using the iPhone 16 and Apple Vision Pro, Apple’s first spatial computer.
Festive window decals and decorative elements inside the new store will create a celebratory atmosphere. Apple MixC Hefei will officially open its doors to the public on Saturday, January 18, at 10 a.m. local time.
