Callminer has partnered with Clarabridge to provide companies with full analyses of both spoken and written customer communications.
Speech analytics software company Callminer will pair its flagship Eureka software with Clarabridge’s Content Mining Platform, which analyzes text communications. The partnership is designed to improve customer retention and satisfaction by allowing companies to better track customer interactions over multiple channels.
Clarabridge’s Content Mining Platform aggregates, categorizes and analyzes all textual data in a company from both internal and external sources, including all call center agents’ notes, consumer surveys and consumer-generated content; Callminer’s Eureka analyzes recorded call center conversations, measuring the speech patterns, tempo and meta-data of these interactions to report the content, context and purpose of each customer call.
Fort Myers, FL-based Callminer was founded in 2002. Its institutional investors include Sigma Partners, Village Ventures and Inflexion Partners.
Clarabridge works mainly with Fortune 1000 companies to integrate text analysis, search and business intelligence capabilities. Company headquarters are in Reston, VA.
