Celtic & Co., a British heritage fashion brand, has partnered with two major US online retailers, Nordstrom and Macy’s, to launch its Spring/Summer 2025 collection. The collection will be available by the end of February 2025. Zoe Bray, Managing Director at Celtic & Co., expressed excitement about the venture.
“We’re thrilled to be working with such iconic retailers in the US. This is our largest international market outside of the UK, and having our products available online with Nordstrom and Macy’s will allow us to reach new customers and gain insights that will further expand our presence in the US,” she said. Ian Wallis, Managing Director at Refined Networks, added, “We are excited to welcome Celtic & Co. to our portfolio of fashion brands. Combining strong British heritage design with ethically sourced, natural fibers, this pioneering brand has paved the way towards a more sustainable fashion industry. We believe their story will resonate well with US shoppers.”
Celtic & Co. expands US presence
The partnership was facilitated by Refined Networks, a company dedicated to launching fashion brands in major digital markets worldwide and growing their online sales abroad. Refined Network’s client base includes well-known brands such as United Colors of Benetton, Sisley, Eton, and Petit Bateau. Celtic & Co. joins other UK fashion brands like Alexander McQueen, Burberry, and Stella McCartney, which have already established a presence in the US market. ASOS and Boohoo also have significant US operations, offering localized websites with domestic shipping and returns. This move underscores the growing trend of British fashion brands seeking to capitalize on the lucrative US market, which promises increased visibility and broader customer reach through established retail partners like Nordstrom and Macy’s.
The new SS25 womenswear collection will feature 178 lines throughout the season and will be available on the websites of the two US department stores. This initiative marks a significant step for Celtic & Co. in establishing a broader international presence and advocating for sustainable fashion practices on a global scale.
