Custom Direct, a provider of personal and business checks for consumers, said yesterday it hired Sprint to provide voice services at two of its call centers in a two-year, $1 million deal.
Sprint will provide critical voice and data systems at the call centers in Joppa, MD, where Customer Direct is based, and Little Rock, AR. These include interactive toll-free services and frame relay data services.
A Custom Direct executive said in a statement that the company chose Sprint partly because of its existing relationship with the telecommunications provider.
Custom Direct has 550 employees and manufactures checks for sale direct to consumers.
