Database marketing agency Merkle announced upgrades to MoneyMaker 4.0, the company’s flagship constituent management software system for fundraising professionals.
Lanham, MD-based Merkle said MoneyMaker is a complete marketing campaign and donor management software solution that can be customized to meet the exact needs of an organization featuring at-a-glance views and password-protected access.
Now in its fourth generation, MoneyMaker is used within organizations such as the Arthritis Foundation, National Wildlife Federation and the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation.
Merkle’s MoneyMaker helps fundraising professionals manage all aspects of donor giving within a single platform. From building campaigns and updating data, to developing reports and analyzing data, MoneyMaker provides nonprofit organizations with the ability to fully integrate and understand all aspects of constituent outreach activities including traditional direct mail, e-mail and telemarketing campaigns.
New features for MoneyMaker put a variety of capabilities into the hands of fundraising organizations. These include a Moves Manager, which enables fundraisers to readily track major donors as they move through the donor lifecycle, from the point at which they become an initial suspect, to when they become a prospect, to when they become donors.
Another new feature is an Image Integrator, which provides fundraisers with easy access to scanned images of constituent correspondence and donations.
Finally, Subscription Manager allows organizations to manage subscriptions, such as newsletters and magazines, which donors and subscribers may receive.
