Database marketing software provider, Group 1 Software, Lanham, MD, has entered into an agreement with mailing list software distributor Datatech Enterprises, Inc., West Conshohocken, PA, which will authorize Datatech to distribute Group 1's SmartMatch and ListManager PC-based products.
“These products were developed for marketing departments in companies throughout the world,” said Terry Moseley, executive vice president of Datatech. “This software allows you to keep the database and duplicate it.”
Datatech also purchased Group 1's AccuMail, ArcList, ProSort, StreetRite, SmartAdresser, SmartSort and SmartLookup PC-based computer software products. Datatech will integrate the Group 1 products with its products and services.
Datatech will handle customer support for these products. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
