Demandbase, a b-to-b targeting company, launched a Strategic Services group on April 3, which it says is designed to help its clients navigate the company’s Real time ID Platform, said Greg Ott, CMO of the company.
The Real Time ID Platform, launched two years ago, provides competitive website intelligence to marketers.
At the core of the new group is an assigned “sherpa,” a strategic services professional, to help clients navigate the Real Time ID platform. “We’re helping companies get live with the technology faster and more efficiently,” Ott said. “We’re a company of frustrated b-to-b marketers.”
Amit Varshneya, formerly Global Head of Marketing at Hexaware Technologies, was named VP of Strategic Services and will lead the group.
