MIAMI — The Direct Marketing Association announced at the Net conference here that it has launched an online job bank to help members recruit employees. “The growth in direct marketing career opportunities significantly outpaces the job growth in the economy overall,” said Ann Zeller, vice president of information and special projects for DMA. “Direct marketers need help finding the right people to fill positions.”
The new service is available on DMA's Web site, www.the-dma.org. Though only DMA members can list positions, the public can search the job bank by position, job category, salary, level, location and key word. Job seekers also can confidentially respond to listings and submit resumes through the site.
