Cataloger Fulcrum Direct, Rio Rancho, NM, announced July 31 that it has ceased operations and filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection. There are no immediate plans to resume operations.
The company, which operated catalogs of children’s clothing, is currently in negotiations with several buyers who are interested in the company’s brands: After the Stork, Storybook Heirlooms, Playclothes and Zoë.
