Melanie Veilleux, a graphic design student from the class of 2024, is honing her skills through hands-on experiences on campus. Known for her innovative designs for various university events, Veilleux has a diverse portfolio that speaks to her adaptability and creativity. She strives to apply her graphic design skills to business narratives, problem-solving and idea generation, making her a valuable asset to any team.
Working in the university’s marketing division, Veilleux contributes to projects such as tote bag design for new students, creation of university banners, and marketing campaigns for MBTA stations. She sees great value in this practical experience as an integral part of her education and self-growth.
In addition to her academic pursuits, Veilleux serves as the president of the Graphic Design Club, where she fosters a collaborative, inclusive environment.
