ISN, a wholly owned subsidiary of the Home Shopping Network, will work with Talk City (www.talkcity.com), StoreSearch (www.storesearch.com), NetChannel (www.netchannel.net), Virtual Emporium (www.virtualemporium.com), Play4Prizes (www.play4prizes.com) and WorldNow (www.worldnow.com) to provide their visitors with auction deals and computer products.
