As announced by Campbell Soup Company, Jill Pratt will assume her new role as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer on July 29, 2024.
She will drive the company’s overall marketing strategy, reinforce the brand portfolio, and stoke growth. Her past leadership roles equip her with considerable experience in consumer goods.
The Campbell Soup Organisation is confident in Pratt’s ability to foster innovation and augment the firm’s global market stature. This commitment supports the company’s ongoing effort to create a diverse leadership team.
Pratt’s role extends to helming the U.S. Consumer Experience team, which aims to refine customer engagement in the Meals & Beverages sector.

Notably, she’ll work on enhancing brands like Campbell’s, Chunky, Michael Angelo’s, Noosa, Pace, Pacific Foods, and Prego.
She’ll drive growth, strengthen brand relevance, and update Campbell’s product line. She’ll also enhance consumer insights, oversee innovation initiatives, and bolster inclusive marketing plans.
Reporting to Mick Beekhuizen, the Executive Vice President of the Meals & Beverages division, Pratt is aptly experienced. She has had a prolific marketing career at firms such as Heatonist and McCormick & Company and has also held key roles at Procter & Gamble.
An academic powerhouse, Pratt’s credentials include a B.S. degree in Commerce from the University of Virginia, specializing in Accounting, and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Succeeding Linda Lee, Pratt’s appointment comes after the latter’s laudable contributions to the company. Established in 1869, Campbell Soup Company hit a net sales milestone of $9.4 billion in fiscal year 2023. The firm is also known for its environmental and philanthropic commitments.
