Kodak hired Pradeep Jotwani as CMO and president of its consumer digital imaging group, effective September 28.
Jotwani is managing CRM, brand management, business-to-business and business-to-consumer marketing, communications and public affairs, online commerce and the company’s website. As CMO, he reports to Antonio Perez, the company’s chairman and CEO. As president of Kodak’s consumer digital imaging group, he reports to Philip Faraci, Kodak president and COO.
He replaced Jeffrey Hayzlett, who left the company this May.
Jotwani is also responsible for Kodak’s digital cameras, picture frames, pocket video cameras, kiosks, imaging sensors, consumer inkjet printers and the Kodak Gallery, an online photo service. David Lanzillo, director of corporate communications at Kodak, said president of the digital imaging group is a new position at the company.
Jotwani, who is based in Silicon Valley, previously worked at Hewlett-Packard as SVP of the supplies, imaging and printing group.
“He not only grows businesses, he also grows them profitably through operational excellence and the smart use of technology,” Perez said in a statement. “He understands the power of brands and how to use them to achieve growth.”
Jotwani couldn’t immediately be reached for comment on the hire.
