Online marketing tool provider Lyris has unveiled a new pricing model that offers all of the company’s core technologies for a set monthly price.
The price — $299 a month initially — includes Lyris’ five main tech offerings: e-mail, deliverability monitoring, Web analytics, content management and PPC campaign management. E-mails are limited to 5,000 per month on the plan, with extras charged on a cost-per-thousand basis, but use of the other services is unlimited.
“It would cost one company thousands of dollars a month to cobble all these services together from multiple companies,” said Blaine Mathieu, SVP marketing for Lyris. “Lyris is offering fully functional solutions for the price of a single seat, not demo versions, not stripped-down entry-level versions, but full-on applications for the price.”
The goal in offering a single-price bundle is to provide a unified portal through which marketers can manage all their activities. Lyris provides a single dashboard through which marketers can monitor and analyze campaigns. The company also provides customer support for the entire bundle.
Lyris offers hosted digital marketing through its EmailLabs, EmailAdvisor, ClickTracks, Hot Banana and BidHero holdings. The new pricing structure is available immediately for all new customers.
The company targets midsize and large companies from all sectors with its products.
“We get a lot of clients calling who want to graduate from a low-end solution that are ready to do more, and they form a lower segment for us,” Mathieu said. “At the higher end, even medium- to large-size companies are tired of struggling with integration between applications that don’t work very well, and want one view.”
Emeryville, CA-based Lyris serves clients such as Nokia, Adobe and Johns Hopkins University.
