Millard/Mokrynski Group, formed when Mokrynskidirect merged with Millard Group, has been renamed Millard Group Inc. Both companies remain part of infoUSA Inc.
infoUSA, Omaha, NE, acquired Millard Group in November 2005, and then Mokrynskidirect in July 2006. The two were merged to form Millard/Mokrynski Group in June of this year.
Both companies specialize in list and data management of business-to-consumer catalogs and publications. A key driver of the merger was the scale of the newly formed company and its subsequent expanded offerings and efficiency, according to Lilliane LeBel, VP of Decision Direct Research at Millard Group.
The rebranding effort is reflected in the company’s online presence. Visitors to http://www.mokrynski.com/ are now automatically redirected to a relaunched site at http://www.millard.com/.
The site offers visitors access to the 1,550 lists managed by the company, as well as the ability to log into their e-mail deployment account and review their order/shipping status.
There are no staff reductions planned. Millard Group will remain headquartered in Peterborough, NH, and will now have offices in Hackensack, NJ, and White Plains, NY.
