A Nebraska ranch known for its natural Wagyu beef was featured in a Google commercial during the Super Bowl. Roger Morgan, a fourth-generation rancher, and his team at Morgan Ranch were selected to be part of Google’s “50 States, 50 Stories” campaign.

The ad highlights how the ranch uses Google’s Gemini AI to streamline its operations and manage its international clientele.

The commercial shows Morgan on his horse, overlooking the vast prairie of the Nebraska Sandhills. “This is one of the world’s largest untouched prairies,” he says in the ad.

Morgan Ranch uses Google software to track inventories, manage cattle records, and conduct research. This helps them serve customers in multiple countries, including over 100 Michelin-star restaurants.

Google’s AI streamlines Morgan Ranch
We use Google Workspace with Gemini to save time creating email for customers,” Morgan explained. “I would much rather be out there with the cattle.”
A video crew captured authentic moments of daily life at the ranch during the shoot.
“We had a beautiful day, and the steam was just rolling off the horses as they came in,” recalled Morgan. Despite some skittish behavior from the animals, the shoot went smoothly. “Nobody got bucked off,” he said with a laugh.
Many of the ranch’s friends and neighbors, who aren’t regular social media users, will likely be surprised when they see the ad during the Super Bowl. Morgan and his team plan to watch the game at the town watering hole in Burwell, Nebraska. “It’s a wild experience,” Morgan concluded.
