NinthDecimal, the mobile audience intelligence company formerly known as JiWire, announced a new mobile audience buying service today. By partnering with Adelphic, Lotame, Oracle Data Cloud, and Turn, NinthDecimal aims to leverage the benefits of programmatic audience buying and targeting for the coveted mobile market.
NinthDecimal aims to give marketers one-to-one access to audience targeting on each of its partner’s platforms, which amounts to about 300 million buyable audience segments. Additional DSP and DMPO partners will be announced in the coming months.
