Although the co-founders’ professional paths are diverging, their impressive influence in the clothing industry remains.

The pair’s most recent joint project, ‘Tricker’s Cabin: The Oral & Visual History of Online Ceramics’, a book recounting their journey since 2016 as a Grateful Dead bootleg team, is currently available.

Online Ceramics’ future amid co-founder’s departure

The project, realized in partnership with A24, is a testament to their incredible collaboration.

Funk revealed he intends to expand the Online Ceramics brand, reduce collaborations and focus more on establishing the brand’s distinct identity. Plans range from unveiling new product lines such as homeware and possibly footwear, to constantly improving the graphic tees and sweatshirts the brand is known for, all without departing from the brand’s original bohemian spirit.

Ross, meanwhile, has launched two captivating projects: a merchandise service and a venture named ‘the “cursed Brandy Melville”, a dynamic clothing brand. These ventures offer followers an opportunity to connect with Ross’s vision through merchandising and engaging in enigmatic fashion design.

A key feature of Online Ceramics is the stunning harmony between its founders, seamlessly combining Ross’s fondness for Hare Krishna practices and psychedelic journeys with Funk’s commitment to veganism and unique graphics. Their dedication to sustainability and unique art has attracted a loyal cult following.
