Oppo has officially announced the launch of its highly anticipated foldable smartphone, the Find N5, which will debut on February 20 in China. The company teased the device on its global Instagram account, showcasing its sleek design in Cosmic Black and Misty White color options.

Leaks from @ZionsAnvin on X have revealed additional colorways for the Find N5, including Dusk Purple, Jade White, and Satin Black. The variations in color names could be attributed to regional differences, with Cosmic Black and Misty White likely intended for the European market. At the same time, Satin Black and Jade White may be exclusive to China.

High-quality renders shared by Evan Blass provide a closer look at the Find N5’s design. Oppo’s Head of the Find series, Zhou Yibao, announced that the device will feature DeepSeek-R1 integration, supporting online search, image generation, and the ability to save images as local files.

Oppo’s bold move in foldables

A leaked screenshot of the About Screen has confirmed key specifications for the Oppo Find N5. The device will feature a 5,600mAh battery with 80W wired and 50W wireless charging, 16GB of RAM, and will run on Android 15 with ColorOS 15.

The camera setup includes two 8MP selfie cameras, a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultrawide camera, and a 50MP zoom camera. The Find N5 will also be one of the first devices to feature Qualcomm’s seven-core Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Despite concerns about the camera specifications compared to competitors like Samsung’s foldable devices, anticipation remains high for the Oppo Find N5, given its innovative features and sleek design.

More details will emerge as the official launch approaches, solidifying the Oppo Find N5 as a notable contender in the foldable smartphone market.
