Pitney Bowes promoted Vicki O’Meara to EVP and president of Pitney Bowes management services and government and postal affairs. She was most recently EVP and chief legal and compliance officer. The company also promoted John O’Hara, most recently EVP and GM of international operations at Pitney Bowes Business Insights, to president and VP of the group.
O’Meara will replace David Dobson, who will join CA Technologies next month as EVP and group executive of its Customer Solutions Group. O’Meara will lead a unit that provides customer communication, mail and document life cycle services. Johnna Torsone, Pitney Bowes’s EVP and chief human resources officer, will take O’Meara’s duties as chief legal and compliance officer on an interim basis.
O’Hara succeeds Mike Hickey, who will leave Pitney Bowes to pursue consultancy and university lecturer endeavors. O’Hara will take charge of a business unit that focuses on customer and location data, providing tools that assist clients in locating, connecting and communicating with their customers.
