The Titanium Whitesilver variant combines a white back with a silver middle frame and is described as “very beautiful” by insiders. The Galaxy S25 Ultra may feature a slightly larger 6.86-inch Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2x display with WQHD+ resolution and a 120Hz variable refresh rate. It could boast over 2600 nits brightness, potentially offering even more vibrant colors than its predecessor.

Rumor has it that the S25 Ultra will sport a quad-camera setup: a 200MP primary sensor with intelligent pixel binning technology and OIS, a 50MP periscope zoom lens with 5x optical zoom, a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide lens. The front camera remains a 12MP sensor. Under the hood, the Galaxy S25 Ultra will be powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Elite for Galaxy with up to 16GB RAM, promising enhanced performance.
The chip features Qualcomm’s Oryon CPU, clocked at up to 4.47GHz, along with improved GPU and NPU capabilities. The device will run on One UI 7.1 based on Android 15. Despite upgraded internals, the battery capacity remains at 5000mAh, with 45W charging support.
Striking colors and sleek design
However, power efficiency is expected to improve, courtesy of the 3nm manufacturing process of the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Leaks suggest that Samsung will unveil the Galaxy S25 Ultra at a Galaxy Unpacked event set for January 22, 2025, in San Francisco, USA.
The announcement will include other highlights of the Galaxy series, and pre-orders are expected to start the same day. One UI 7’s final version is also anticipated to roll out by the end of February 2025. Recent reports indicate that the prices for the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S25 series will remain consistent with the current Galaxy S24 lineup.
Though initial rumors hinted at potential price increases, a new report suggests that pricing will stay the same across various regions, though discrepancies may occur based on local markets. The Galaxy S25 series doesn’t introduce groundbreaking changes but does provide several significant upgrades. Key among these is the new chip, which offers a substantial improvement over the Exynos 2400 found in the S24 and S24+ models.
Additionally, there are minor yet important enhancements, such as increased base storage for the smaller S-phone and upgraded configurations for the larger models. In conclusion, the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is shaping up to be an impressive flagship device with cutting-edge features and stylish design. While the series doesn’t bring monumental changes, it assures continued value through crucial updates and stable pricing, making it a compelling choice for Samsung enthusiasts.
Stay tuned for more updates as the launch date approaches.
