Samsung is more prepared than ever to open the One UI 7.0 Beta Program. While the company hasn’t officially communicated a release timeframe, there are numerous indications that the beta update could be imminent. The Samsung Members app, crucial for participating in any One UI Beta Program, has been updated and is ready for the One UI 7.0 beta.

According to a tipster, version 5.1.00.11 of the app already includes hidden pages related to the One UI 7.0 Beta Program’s enrollment and withdrawal processes. Rumors suggest that the beta update will be released on November 17, starting in South Korea and the USA, with other countries potentially receiving it a few days later. We may also see the beta program expand to China, India, Germany, Poland, and the UK.

Once beta testing concludes, a global phased release is expected early next year.

Samsung prepares for One UI beta

Samsung is bringing a significant UI redesign with the One UI 7.0 update, which includes a revamped Camera app.

Notably, AR Zone, Deco Pic, and Quick Measure will become standalone apps in One UI 7. While One UI 7.0 is set to bring major design changes, it may not include many new Galaxy AI features, unlike the recent One UI 6.1 and 6.1.1 updates. Despite the delays, Samsung fans are eagerly anticipating the rollout of One UI 7.0, which promises a refreshed user experience and several new functionalities.

Consistent with its tradition, Samsung has released a new major One UI version annually since One UI 3.0. However, with One UI 7.0, the company is breaking that streak, indicating a public release early next year instead of 2024. At SDC24, Samsung confirmed the new schedule and mapping out the upcoming updates and releases. As we approach the official release, keep an eye out for emerging insights and previews.
