Integrated communications service developer Sirco, Stamford, CT, and its Internet subsidiary WebQuill introduced an e-commerce deployment service. E-Complete is designed to allow retailers who want to sell their products online to develop an e-commerce site that will be integrated with warehousing, shipping, inventory management and financial reporting. According to WebQuill, it will provide the organization with the operational and financial reports required to operate the site.
