An owner of a company on the list has purchased products from a Spanish-language advertisement or telemarketing offer, or has indicated Spanish as their main language on their business registration.
It comes in two segments: New Business, which reaches CEOs, presidents and owners of companies that have recently registered their company with the local county courthouse or signed up to have their utilities turned on; and Existing Businesses, Spanish-language businesses that have been in existence but have made a purchase or have been telephone verified in the time period specified.
