Marketing firm True North Communications Inc., Chicago, this week said it relaunched SixtyFootSpider, a company that builds Web sites and offers data-driven marketing services. True North purchased the 6-year-old company last year.
SixtyFootSpider, Dallas, said it will leverage trends in media convergence, bandwidth and multiple Internet access for its business clients. The company uses e-commerce technology to for strategic consulting, creative and media productions, and behavior tracing.
SixtyFootSpider originally formed in 1994 as part of CPS Interactive, Dallas, a subsidiary of then-Bozell Worldwide. Now with 16,000 Web pages, SixtyFootSpider has grown to employ 45 people and service more than 20 clients including the U.S. Air Force and Subaru of America.
