Direct mail advertiser Valpak said it would be refranchising at least 15 of its company-run operations over the next two years. The initial focus will be on refranchising the New York City and Houston markets, with Minneapolis, Tampa Bay, Chicago, Boston and Los Angeles to follow.
“We’re essentially streamlining our entire operation and refocusing on our core business as the leading franchisor of cooperative direct mail and digital advertising”, said Valpak President Joe Bourdow.
This is the first time in 20 years that territories in New York City, LA and others have been available to franchisees, according to Valpak.
