Small and medium businesses looking for a Twitter marketing platform can soon get one for free.
SocialBro now offers a free plan for its Twitter content management and analytics platform, available to any business or individual user with less than 5000 Twitter contacts. The plan is aimed at small businesses and entrepreneurs looking to monetize their Twitter marketing efforts. While SocialBro doesn’t provide Twitter advertising capabilities, it does help marketers with organic reach campaigns on the social media network, offering the following features:

– In-depth post analytics
– Tracking users who follow and unfollowed the account.
– Customizable community segmentation
– Identification of influencers
– Hootsuite compatibility
– Interactive stats
“With more and more consumers demanding a truly personalized experience, Twitter has created a level playing field where small businesses can take on global brands,” SocialBro co-founder and CEO Javier Burón said in a statement. “Many small companies are incredibly creative in using Twitter to attract new customers and SocialBro’s new free option is the final piece of the puzzle, enabling them to leverage their online community and use SocialBro with Twitter to drive their growth.”
The news comes almost a week after SocialBro announced that it was now a member of Twitter’s Certified Products Program, a list of vendors who are given preferred access to Twitter’s APIs.
