An IBM company, Bluewolf released an annual global campaign, The State of Salesforce Report, for the past five years. This year was its biggest yet. Based on data from 1,700+ global respondents, with nearly a third from very large enterprises, the report evaluated how Salesforce customers innovate and invest with Salesforce today, and uncovered trends and opportunities specific to each Salesforce cloud.
There was a great response for the report, with over 8,000 copies printed, 7,000 downloaded and 21 global companies giving it press coverage.
