Burchell argues that businesses and individuals have a unique opportunity to connect, exchange ideas, and engage in productive dialogues through BREW. A notable part of the event is the pitch competition, where three businesses compete for a $100,000 investment.

The 2022 winner, ParkZen, a tech startup focused on optimizing urban parking, used the award to solidify their market stance in Louisiana and beyond. The success story of ParkZen serves as an inspiring example for future participants.
