Integrated marketing agency Engauge has named Nick Bandy CEO and Jeff Hilimire president, effective March 1. Bandy will replace Rick Milenthal, who was appointed executive chairman of the board, the company said February 23.
Stan Rapp, Engauge’s founding chairman, will become its chairman emeritus.
Bandy previously served as COO of Engauge. As CEO, he will work to grow the agency’s client base, which includes Nationwide Insurance, Chick-fil-A and the Georgia Department of Economic Development. The state hired Engauge as its advertising and marketing AOR in January after a five-month review process.
Hilimire will also continue to serve as the agency’s chief digital officer, leading the digital innovation group that Engauge launched last June. He previously served as CEO of Spunlogic, which was acquired by Engauge in 2008.
Milenthal has served as CEO of Engauge since the agency was founded in 2007. As executive chairman, he will focus on strategic growth initiatives and the development of new marketing technology, according to a statement.
Milenthal said in a statement that the moves “reflect a well-planned succession program.”
Bandy and Hilimire were not immediately available for comment.
